Bio:

I am a Financial Economist, and a tenured Associate Professor of Finance. I have more than decade experience in higher education in the USA, and I currently serve as the Associate Dean at the AACSB accredited College of Business of the Frostburg State University, Maryland.

In my previous roles, I have served as a Department Chair, MBA coordinator, and faculty mentor for student organizations at the Frostburg State. Besides, I worked in the Central Bank of Bangladesh for four years at various capacities and participated in business process reengineering and its modernization, before I pursued my PhD in Financial Economics at the University of New Orleans, Louisiana.

I am interested in research topics on monetary policy, financial markets, banking regulations, and corporate governance, and business pedagogy, and higher education leadership.
